It is within the best interests of the animal to make sure that we are made aware of any previous medical conditions. This also applies to any treatments that may have contraindication or potential interaction with any assessment or treatment provided. Consent can be gained by us contacting your vet prior to the first treatment, alternatively, you can download our Vet Consent Form form and send it to the vet yourself.
